2. Eligibility

By using this platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement under applicable Indian laws.

3. User Accounts

  • Users and vendors must provide accurate, complete, and updated information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false or misleading information.

4. Vendor Responsibilities

  • Vendors are solely responsible for the accuracy, quality, pricing, and legality of their products.
  • All vendors must complete document verification before posting products.
  • Custom-stitched or made-to-order products may be non-returnable unless otherwise stated.
  • Vendors must comply with applicable tax, consumer, and business laws.

5. Membership Plans & Fees

Vendors may choose from Free, Starter, Pro, or Custom membership plans. Membership fees, product limits, storage limits, and commission structures are defined on the Membership Plans page and may be updated from time to time.

6. Commission & Payments

  • The platform charges a commission as per the selected membership plan.
  • Commission may include a percentage of the order value and/or a fixed fee.
  • Payments are processed through third-party payment gateways.
  • Vendors receive payouts after applicable deductions and settlement periods.

7. Orders, Shipping & Delivery

Shipping may be handled by the platform or vendors depending on the order type. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistics or external factors. Stitch My Style is not liable for delays caused by courier partners or force majeure events.

8. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

  • Refund and cancellation policies vary by product and vendor.
  • Custom-made or stitched products are generally non-refundable.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

9. Prohibited Activities

Users and vendors must not:

  • List prohibited, illegal, or counterfeit products
  • Misuse customer data
  • Attempt to bypass platform fees
  • Engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior

10. Intellectual Property

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Telangana, India.
