Stitch My Style operates as a marketplace platform. Vendors sell their products directly to customers, while the platform charges a commission for providing technology, logistics coordination, payment processing, and operational support.
2. Membership Plans & Commission Structure
Commission is applied based on the vendor’s active membership plan at the time of order placement. The commission consists of a percentage of the product price plus a fixed fee per order.

4. Shipping & Logistics Costs
- Shipping is offered as free for customers unless stated otherwise.
- Delivery and logistics are coordinated by the platform.
- Shipping and handling costs are absorbed through the platform commission and fixed fee.
5. Product Pricing Responsibility
- Vendors are responsible for setting the final selling price of their products.
- Prices should factor in commission, fixed fees, taxes, and production costs.
- Incorrect or misleading pricing may result in listing removal.
6. Taxes
Vendors are responsible for compliance with applicable tax laws, including GST where required. Any taxes applicable to the product price are the responsibility of the vendor unless otherwise stated.
7. Payments & Payouts
- Customer payments are collected through authorized payment gateways.
- Vendor payouts are processed after deducting applicable commission and fees.
- Payout timelines depend on payment gateway settlement cycles and platform policies.
8. Plan Changes & Upgrades
- Vendors may upgrade or change membership plans at any time.
- Commission rates applicable at the time of order placement will apply to that order.
- Downgrades may result in reduced product or storage limits.
9. Policy Updates
