This Vendor Policy outlines the rules, responsibilities, and best practices for all vendors selling on Stitch My Style, operated by Siarho Global Solutions Private Limited. All vendors are required to follow these guidelines to ensure a safe, trusted, and high-quality marketplace experience.

1. Vendor Onboarding & Verification

  • All vendors must complete document verification before posting products.
  • Required documents may include identity proof, address proof, and business details.
  • Stitch My Style reserves the right to approve, reject, or request resubmission of documents.
  • Product posting may remain restricted until verification is approved.

2. Product Listing Guidelines

  • All product listings must be accurate, clear, and truthful.
  • Product images must be original, high quality, and clearly represent the actual product.
  • Misleading images, copied content, or false claims are strictly prohibited.
  • Custom-stitched or made-to-order products must be clearly mentioned in the description.

3. Prohibited Products

Vendors must not list:

  • Illegal, counterfeit, or stolen goods
  • Prohibited items under Indian law
  • Products that infringe intellectual property rights
  • Any item restricted by platform policies

4. Pricing & Product Accuracy

  • Product prices must be final and inclusive of all applicable charges unless stated otherwise.
  • Incorrect pricing or frequent price manipulation may result in listing removal.
  • Measurements, fabric details, and care instructions must be clearly specified.

5. Orders, Fulfillment & Dispatch

  • Vendors must process orders within the communicated timelines.
  • Custom stitching orders may require additional preparation time.
  • Products must be properly packaged to avoid damage during transit.
  • Repeated delays or order cancellations may lead to penalties or account restriction.

6. Shipping & Logistics

  • Shipping for customers may be provided as free and handled by the platform.
  • Vendors must cooperate with pickup, dispatch, and logistics coordination.
  • Failure to comply with shipping instructions may affect vendor performance ratings.

7. Returns, Refunds & Customer Support

  • Vendors must cooperate in resolving return, refund, or dispute cases.
  • Custom-stitched or made-to-order products are generally non-returnable.
  • All customer communication must be professional and respectful.

8. Ratings, Reviews & Conduct

  • Vendors are expected to maintain high service quality.
  • Manipulating reviews, offering incentives for ratings, or fake reviews is prohibited.
  • Poor ratings due to service issues may result in warnings or restrictions.

9. Commission, Fees & Membership Compliance

  • Commission and fixed fees apply as per the vendor’s active membership plan.
  • Vendors must stay within product and storage limits of their plan.
  • Attempting to bypass platform fees or transactions is strictly prohibited.

10. Data Privacy & Customer Information

  • Customer data must be used only for order fulfillment.
  • Sharing, misusing, or storing customer data outside the platform is not allowed.
  • Violation of data privacy rules may result in immediate suspension.

11. Policy Violations & Enforcement

Stitch My Style reserves the right to take action against vendors who violate these guidelines, including warning, listing removal, temporary suspension, or permanent termination of the account.

12. Updates to This Policy

These Vendor Guidelines may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of the revised policies.
